Mason Askins
Founder & CEO
Mason Askins is the Founder and CEO of Barts Bar Beverages. He began his career in high‑end retail, where he spent a decade honing his eye for quality, customer experience, and brand presentation. That passion led him to open his own men’s clothing store, Southern Comforts, where he first introduced guests to his signature Barts Bloody Marys at in‑store events. They quickly became a crowd favorite.
After his time in retail, Mason expanded his business experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working with several petroleum companies before investing in—and eventually launching—his own lay‑flat hose company.
A move to Central Texas opened the door to a new chapter. While continuing to operate his company, Mason felt increasingly drawn back to the product that had always sparked excitement: his Bloody Mary mix. In 2018, he followed that passion and officially founded Barts Bar Beverages.
Mason has always believed in the strength of his recipe, and today he’s proud to lead a company built around something he genuinely loves. What fuels him most is hearing from customers who enjoy Barts as much as he does.
Ted
Hooman Resources
With over seven years of experience in talent sniffing and morale boosting, Ted specializes in recruiting only the most pawsitive hoomans to join the pack. As Head of Hooman Resources, he oversees onboarding (mandatory belly rub orientation), conflict resolution (mediated with shared snacks), and workplace wellness (daily walk-and-talks). Ted is passionate about building a culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and properly hydrated with a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary. His leadership philosophy is simple: Hire good hoomans, treat them well, and never underestimate the power of snacks.
Bart Waddill
Founder
Every great Bloody Mary has a story, and ours starts with Bart. Years ago, Bart served up the original recipe that became the foundation for Barts Bar Beverages Bloody Mary mix. What began as a passion for bold flavor, perfect balance, and just the right kick turned into the mix our customers know and love today. While Bart isn’t involved in day-to-day operations, his recipe is one that’s been circulating the oilfield for more than 50 years. Every batch is made to honor the flavor that started it all.
Razonia McClellan

Razonia McClellan is the voice, the vision, and the connection behind the Barts Bar Beverages brand. She leads all media relationships and community outreach, ensuring the company’s story is shared with authenticity, energy, and a touch of signature spice. With a talent for building meaningful relationships and creating buzz that lasts longer than happy hour, Razonia manages press features, event promotions, brand partnerships, and public engagement. Her approach focuses on elevating the brand’s reputation while keeping Barts Bar Beverages visible, approachable, and rooted in the community. Known for her strategic mindset and warm professionalism, Razonia believes great brands don’t just sell products — they build experiences, connections, and loyal fans.

Jimmy is the friendly voice behind the bark, dedicated to making every customer interaction smooth, speedy, and sprinkled with a little extra spice. With a natural talent for listening (especially for the sound of treat bags), he handles questions, feedback, and “Is this too spicy?” emergencies with patience, professionalism, and an enthusiastic tail wag. Passionate about building lasting relationships, Jimmy believes great service means every hooman leaves happier than when they called — and maybe a little thirstier for their next Bloody Mary.
